Dear Dad....

Hi Dad! I hope you are having a fun time on your trip. Mom and I are really missing you. Yesterday, we went out for lunch AND dinner. I think mom misses your cooking. I heard her tell someone she is having cereal for dinner tonight!
I also get the feeling that she is not going to take me to the store tomorrow morning for my sugar cookie. My friends are really going to miss me there! Maybe when you get back I can have 2 cookies?

Well Dad, it's time for my nap. I miss you and can't wait to see you!
